1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available on items purchased directly from our site, within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including tags).
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards.
Items made to order or personalized items (unless damaged or defected).
Sale or clearance items (except where required by law).
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@karpasabydipty.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
We will respond within 2 business days to acknowledge your request and provide instructions.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your account.
6. Exchanges
