3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for orders above ₹999 (or equivalent) for domestic shipping.

  • For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of [₹X] applies.

  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on recipient country, weight, and dimensions.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs or import procedures.

5. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.

  • Once an order has shipped, changes to the shipping address may not be possible. Contact us immediately if there is an error.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item(s) and contact us within 48 hours.

  • For lost packages, we will assist in tracking, and if carrier confirms loss, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number via email.

  • Use this number to track your order until delivery.
