Shipping is free for orders above ₹999 (or equivalent) for domestic shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item(s) and contact us within 48 hours.
For lost packages, we will assist in tracking, and if carrier confirms loss, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number via email.
